In eight years at Instinct Media I saw hundreds of companies with a budget for campaigns but not for a website. Or with a website that cost a hundred and fifty thousand crowns and still could not bring in a single enquiry.

The market offered two options: an agency at 80 to 150 thousand up front and two months of waiting, or a website builder the client is expected to assemble alone in the evening after work. Nothing in between.

FastSite is that middle. We build the site, the client pays nothing up front and then 990 a month out of what the site earns them. If it does not work, they stop paying. The risk sits with us, and that is deliberate.

I am a co-founder and run the product together with Ben. I handle the technical core, measurement, and making sure the site collects data from day one - our own statistics, GA4, and a cookie banner that meets Czech law.

This is also my answer to why I do not want to grow by revenue. I would rather offer existing clients another product than chase twice as many new ones.
